Technical points of aluminium wall formwork installation sequence
The installation sequence of aluminum wall formwork follows a systematic process to ensure precision and stability. The installation begins with the inner wall, followed by the outer wall. After placement, the vertical and horizontal elevations are adjusted to ensure accuracy.
For the inner wall formwork, installation starts either from the inner corner formwork or the wall head cover plate. Once the aluminum wall formwork is positioned along the control line, a release agent is applied to the wall formwork. It is then temporarily fixed using supports, with both sides of the wall formwork being installed simultaneously.
When installing aluminum alloy beam and slab formwork, the process involves assembling the beam bottom plate, beam side plate, top corner formwork, and wall top corner formwork in sequence according to the trial assembly drawing. This assembly is completed on the ground and then installed as a single unit. The formwork is fixed to the wall formwork on both sides through the corner formwork.
During installation, the bottom formwork is installed first, followed by the side formwork. The beam side formwork is mounted onto the beam bottom formwork and securely connected to the wall column using pins. After the beam side formwork is in place, the C groove at the bottom of the slab and the slab formwork keel are installed. This step-by-step approach ensures a seamless and efficient installation process.
